End-to-end UX/UI design for TaxGenix, a platform that uses artificial intelligence to simplify US tax management and filing. I designed three parts of the product:
- Website: a landing page covering the value proposition, features (multi-state filing, e-signature, TIN matching), integrations with accounting tools, AI agents and testimonials. A dark look with a green accent conveys trust and technology.
- Platform: a dashboard that summarizes every filing by status (draft, sent, approved, rejected), with per-form progress tracking (1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, W-2), due dates, quick actions and recent activity.
- “Genie” chatbot: an AI assistant built into the platform. It has a 7-step onboarding checklist that tracks the user’s progress, shortcuts to common tasks, and a prompt field for questions about IRS forms and deadlines.
The goal was to turn a complex, technical process into a clear, guided experience that’s easy to follow.
