End-to-end project for Oorwin, an AI recruiting platform that combines ATS, HRMS and CRM so companies can source, manage and place talent from one place. I designed the brand logo and built the website in WordPress with Elementor. In Figma, I designed the platform, the chatbot, the extensions for Google Chrome and Google Workspace, and the mobile app.
The website presents the product suite, role-based solutions, integrations with tools like Outlook, Salesforce and Slack, the AI hiring agent, testimonials, the blog and FAQs, with a modern violet and pink identity.
On the platform, the dashboard brings together metrics for jobs, applicants, interviews and hires, along with quick actions, open positions, the weekly schedule and pending approvals. Oorwin Copilot, the chatbot, guides recruiters through tasks such as creating a job description: it asks follow-up questions, generates the text and turns it into a form ready to save as a job posting.
The extensions and mobile app bring those features to the browser, to Gmail and Google Workspace, and to the phone, so recruiters can work from anywhere without losing context.
